Founder
Felicia is a passionate humanitarian, communications expert, and visionary leader dedicated to transforming the lives of underserved children around the world. With a strong academic foundation, holding a Bachelor’s in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Buea (Cameroon), a Master’s in Public Relations& Corporate Communications from Georgetown University (Washington, DC), and an MBA from Washington Adventist University (Maryland), Felicia brings a unique blend of strategic insight, storytelling power, and mission-driven leadership to every initiative she undertakes.Her professional journey spans several nonprofit organizations across the U.S. and Africa, where she has led campaigns, built partnerships, and championed causes that uplift vulnerable communities. From advancing education and health to crisis relief and advocacy, her work has consistently reflected a deep commitment to service.
In founding The Children’s Arc, Felicia turned her lifelong passion for helping others into a global mission: to empower children by providing access to education, healthcare, nutrition, shelter, and life skills. Guided by compassion and rooted in experience, she continues to lead with purpose—building bridges of hope and creating sustainable change for generations to come.
Felicia believes in a world where every child matters, and through The Children’s Arc, she’s making that vision a reality—one child, one community, one country at a time.

John Eta, PharmD, MBA
Co-Founder
John Eta, PharmD, MBA, is a healthcare professional and business leader who earned both his Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Sullivan University in Kentucky. He is deeply passionate about service, community impact, and creating opportunities for children to succeed.For most of his educational journey, from his early years in school through college, John benefited from scholarships that helped make his academic success possible. This experience gave him a firsthand understanding of the life-changing impact that educational support and opportunity can have on a child's future.
As Co-Founder of The Children's Arc, John is committed to giving back and helping create opportunities for the next generation. He is especially passionate about supporting vulnerable children and ensuring they have access to quality education, better healthcare, proper nutrition, and the resources they need to thrive.
Through his leadership and service, John works to empower children and families, believing that every child deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential regardless of their circumstances. -

Elvira Egbe
Operations Manager
Elvira is a dynamic and detail-oriented operations leader who ensures that the heart of The Children’s Arc beats efficiently and effectively. With a strong background in nonprofit administration and organizational management, she plays a critical role in aligning our mission with day-to-day execution.
From coordinating logistics and managing field teams to streamlining internal systems and donor communications, Elvira keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes—so that our frontline impact is powerful and sustainable. Her dedication, leadership, and calm under pressure are the foundation of our operational strength.

Community Outreach Manager
Frederick is a seasoned grassroots advocate with experience leading and supporting community-based initiatives across Cameroon. With deep roots in local development and a heart for service, Frederick has worked across multiple sectors—from education and health to youth empowerment and crisis response—bringing lasting change to inner cities and underserved rural communities alike.As a Community Outreach Manager at The Children’s Arc, Frederick’s extensive on-the-ground knowledge and unwavering dedication play a vital role in designing and executing outreach efforts that truly reach those who need it most. His ability to build trust within local populations and navigate the complexities of community dynamics ensures that every program we deliver is both impactful and inclusive.
